What is a vChannel?
A vChannel replaces the PRI channel or the plain old analog telephone line that you rent from your local telephone company. Each channel will allow you to make one external phone call at a time over your IP network and can be used to connect your PBX just like a PRI line or an analog line. Amongst their many advantages, vChannels are cheaper and more flexible than PRI channels and analog phone lines.
