What we do

Basically, we will make your existing PBX IP-ready by integrating our PBXGate™ to it, which is in fact an IP-PBX that serves as a gateway. This will allow you to use vChannels instead of expensive analog telephone lines or PRI channels, and benefit from all the value-added features offered by an IP-PBX without having to buy a whole new set of IP-phones. With the Hybrid Solutions, you gain access to functionalities such as unified messaging (voice and email integration), find me/follow me, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), call-conferencing and enhanced call-routing capabilities.

Our Hybrid Solutions allow you to keep your existing telephone equipments until your company is ready to move on to a 100% IP solution. Moreover, like all Openface VoIP offers, you will never have to sign a contract.
