What is the difference between the CP-PBX and Hosted PBX offers?

Basically, you will benefit from the same functionalities using one solution or the other. However, the main difference between the two offers is that with the CP-PBX, you will get a dedicated IP-PBX that is installed at your company's location just like a traditional PBX. To make a simple analogy with the traditional offers, the Hosted PBX could be compared to a Centrex solution where all the equipment is installed at the operator's location while the CP-PBX solution would be like getting your own proprietary system.

A redundant fallover line. Installing the IP-PBX at your location will allow you to connect the IP-PBX to one or more redundant fallover lines for security purposes. This way, if your Internet connection is down, you can still make telephone calls using these redundant lines.
